Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 c whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. flaxseed
  • 2 c soy or nut milk
  • 2 tbsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Pour onto hot griddle.
  3. Bake until golden brown on each side.
