Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 c whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. flaxseed
  • 2 c soy or nut milk
  • 2 tbsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Pour onto hot griddle.
  3. Bake until golden brown on each side.

Fruit Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 c diced fresh or frozen fruit
  • 12 oz frozen fruit juice concentrate (apple or white grape)
  • 1 c water
  • 3 tbsp. potato starch or 1/3 cup cornstarch

Delicious Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 c Water
  • 1/2 tbsp. Raisans
  • 1 c Quick Oats
  • 1/4 c Millet or Cornmeal
  • 1/4 c Flaxseed
  • 1/4 c Raw Cashew Nuts or Pecan Meal
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. (Optional) Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Blend all ingredients for one minute.
  3. Pour mixture into the preheated waffle iron and close the lid. Bake until the steam stops and the waffle is golden brown and crisp.
  4. Remove to a cooling rack and serve.
